Save a Lot.. or Save a Little

Hey Lovebugs!

I don't know about you but I'm GONNA be wealthy!  When I say wealthy, I do not mean greedy.  When I say I'm gonna be wealthy, I mean that I'm gonna have the means to tithe, take of my expenses, save, invest, spend (yes, I love clothes!), advance the Kingdom through my business & ministry and leave an inheritance for my children's children's children!  But I know that in order to get there, I have to make decisions now to support what I want later!  I know that I have to be disciplined in my spending.  I know that when I out money in my savings account that I have to do my best not to touch it.  I know that I have to concentrate on where I wanna be and not where I am.

Which leads me to my next question... do you want to be wealthy?  Do you want to experience financial freedom?  I mean seriously, most of say that we want to be millionaires, billionaires even, but our actions are equivalent to us being thousandnaires (shucks, even hundrednaires )  If you are serious about making a change in your finances, I want to challenge to begin TODAY taking control of your finances!  This is not a game folks!  If we want to have the tomorrow we hope for, we have to change some things today.  Beginning today, I'm gonna challenge every one to start saving $5 every week.  (If you can COMMIT to saving more, do so but make sure that you can consistently do this).  We can all start off saving a small amount and then begin to increase over time once we establish a habit of saving.  Please note that your finances will not change over night but your outlook can!

So if your ready to begin your path to financial freedom, make the effort to change it.  Take one day at a time and keep going even when you feel like giving up.   And don't worry about not being able to start over saving $100 or even $500.  Because like the bible says "he who is faithful over a few things, can be ruler over many" (Matthew 25:21).

So, on your mark, get set, SAVE!

Amy :)
