Soulful Sunday: Repeat




Happy Soulful Sunday Lovebugs :)

Things become a habit the more we repeat them. It's been said that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit so it should take only 3 weeks to get it together right? 

I want you to ask yourself: What is something that I know that I need to change?  How often do I repeat it? How much can change if we actually repeat the behavior that needs changing?

As we prepare for another amazing week, think about the things that you need to repeat. Keep doing the things you know you should. Keep not doing the things you know you shouldn't. Through it all, just make sure you understand and realize all of the wonderful things that you know you need.. to repeat!
