Soulful Sunday: Welcome to NEWvember!


Hello there Lovies :)

Just like's November! Or better yet, NEWvember!

I think it's truly amazing that today we're blessed with starting a new DAY, a NEW week AND a NEW month! (Is anyone else excited but me?!) Another great thing is, we have the opportunity to set the tone for this day, week and month by setting some goals! 

On this Soulful Sunday, we are gonna set some realistic and attainable goals. I want you to think of all the things that you would like to accomplish in a day, in a week and in a month.  Now once you create those goals, I want you to take those goals and create steps to achieve those particular goals.

For example, one of your goals that you may like to accomplish in a month is to be healthier. So the steps that you will create are: going to the gym 3-4 times a week, bring lunch instead of eating out and no eating after 8pm.  You can create a list like this:

Be Healthier

1. Work out 3-4 times a week 
2. Bring lunch instead of eat out 
3. No eating after 8pm

Pretty simple right?
