Love Keeps No Record of Wrongdoing

Hi Lovebugs :)

Sometimes, it can be downright difficult to forgive someone who's hurt us. Especially, if it's the same person who's hurt us repeatedly. In an effort to protect us from future heart, we create boundaries and walls to keep a comfortable distance between us and that person. The only problem with the is.... that's not love.

Today's focus is: Love does not keep record of wrongdoing.

Keeping score can hurt relationships more than it can help. Reminding someone of their faults will only cause things to get worse since all we're sowing is negativity.

Instead of keeping faults before us, how about we lay them before the Father?  How about casting all our cares upon The Lord because He truly does care for us? How about asking and then partnering with God to truly forgive and let go?

Today is the day that we can throw away our scoreboards. We can let it go and move forward. No longer will we keep score and store up offenses. From now on, were going to move forward and allow for God to defend us and fight our battles.

On your mark! Ready! Set! LOVE!

Amy :)
