Sometimes, we just need to take a second and just breathe.  No talking. No thinking. No wondering. Just breathe. 

Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.

Moments of stillness can calm your spirit. Relaxing your mind can calm your thoughts. Just take a second, calm down and just breathe.
