31 Days of Prayer: Day 28

Good Morning Everyone :)

It's Day 28 which means we're in the home stretch of 31 Days of Prayer!  I pray that this journey has been enjoyable, revealing and intimate as we've spent time with God in prayer.

As we approach 2015, we are going to pray and dedicate the new year to God. The truth of the matter is not everyone will see 2015. If it's God's Will for us to see the new year, we will prepare by praying over it.

Sample prayer

"Father in the name of Jesus, I pray that You forgive me of my sins, sins of omission and sins of commission, sins done in thought, word and deed. And I thank You Lord for giving me a forgiving heart, that I may forgive those who trespass against me just as You oh God forgive me of my trespasses in Jesus name.  Father God in the name of Jesus, I lift up 2015 up to You, dedicating this new year to You. I pray that You will remove everything in me that hinders Your perfect Will from being fulfilled in the new year. You said that old things have passed away, behold all things are new. I declare and decree that 2015 will be a great year full of praise and worship, love, faithfulness, obedience, joy, peace, obedience and most importantly YOU! In Jesus name Amen"
