31 Days of Prayer: Day 26
Good Morning Everyone :)
Imagine going for a long walk, alone, to a place where you're unfamiliar with. You're not exactly sure of the easiest path to take. You're not exactly sure how long it will take. All you know is that you really want to get there. Now imagine not having to take that walk... alone.
Today, we're going to pray for our walk with Jesus. When we said yes to Jesus, we embarked on a journey to freedom, deliverance and newness. The best thing about this journey is that God promises to never leave nor forsake us.
Now, as many of us have experienced, this journey is not easy. It's full of mountain highs and valley lows and the brightest days and the darkest of nights. The great thing is, we get to take this journey, this walk... with Him.
"Father in the name of Jesus, I pray that You forgive me of my sins, sins of omission and sins of commission, sins done in thought, word and deed. And I thank You Lord for giving me a forgiving heart, that I may forgive those who trespass against me just as You oh God forgive me of my trespasses in Jesus name. Father we bless You and thank You for allowing us to walk with You on this journey You have us on. We thank You oh Lord for Your comfort, Your embrace, Your chastisement and Your direction on this journey. Father I say yes to You and I still say yes. Thank You for making this walk less scary, less lonely and more enjoyable because I'm with You. In Jesus name Amen"
