Hey there Lovebugs!

We are just three weeks away from the launch of our Healthy Living and Eating Initiative!  In these next 3 weeks, it's very important for us to prepare ourselves for the Initiative as well as the new year.  What are you willing to leave in 2013?  What are you willing to make room for in 2014? 

To better assist us, we're going to make a list of everything we want to do and be in 2014.  I started my list a couple weeks ago and it includes all of the behaviors, attitudes and things that I am leaving in 2013 so that I can make room for greatness in 2014.  By writing these things on paper, you will have a reference tool to not only hold you accountable but for you to visualize your goals for the New Year.

The Healthy Living and Eating Initiative doesn't just focus on physical health but we explore spiritual, mental and emotional health as well.  That's right, we're focusing on a total lifestyle change! So, are you ready to get healthy?
