May Day: Reclaiming Our Fitness Part IV

Happy Weekend Lovebugs!

It's Day 25 of May Day and we're still focusing on RECLAIMING OUR FITNESS!   Today is all about nutrition.  Whatever good we put in, will eventually come out.  In addition to exercise, having a healthy balanced diet can do wonders for our physical health.  Being wise about the choices we make when it comes to food can have a positive impact on our overall health. 

One of the best things about the Spring/Summer Season is... cookouts!!  I LOVE good food and grilled food is not only good but it's healthier!  There's nothing like throwing some hot dogs and hamburgers, vegetables and even fruit on the grill.  The taste is out of this world!  Who says you have to sacrifice taste for our health!

RPR is gearing up for our Healthy Living and Eating Initiative.  This Intiative is all about promoting healthy lifestyle tips and recipes designed to assist us in living the healthiest lives possible.  If you or anyone you know is interested in submitting healthy lifestyle tips and/or recipes, email us @!

Ok, Lovebugs, let's get serious about our health.  We have to do a better job about the things we do to and put in our bodies.  Together, we can Reclaim Our Fitness amd do our best with making the best and healthiest choices that will lead to a healthy life!

  1. I have only been taking my supplement for 1 week and i noticed a significant increase in my energy level. Also my overall stamina and recovery has increased considerably.
