How to Get Ready for Fall Foxie! Step I - Clean Out That Closet!

Hey Dolls & Gents!

Every time the seasons change, I always look forward to cleaning out my closet!  I am embarass to admit though... *sigh* my closet is in DIRE need of attention :(  But I can explain!  Since the clock struck midnight on August 1, 2011, I have been going through my clothes & shoes in preparation for the Fall Foxie season that's approaching. Now, although I LOVE the Spring Scene & Summer Sexie, I'm really starting to fall in love with Fall.  I mean, I'm not a fan of chilly weather however I do love the fashions that Fall brings (i.e. thigh high boots!
wwww) So, in order for me to make way for the new, I gotta ditch the old!

First thing you gotta do, TRY EVERYTHING ON!  Yes I know, it's a tedious task but how will you know what looks good on you if you haven't tried it on?

Next, TOSS OUT THOSE GARMENTS THAT DO NOT MAKE YOU FEEL HOT!  If I don't get a physical reaction from a garment, I simply won't buy/wear it and neither should you!  Everything in your closet should make your heart skip some beats.  From a pair of shoes to that dress hiding in the back, all of your clothing should make you feel sexy!

If it doesn't fit, it's gotta go! Yes, you've had those same pair of jeans for forever and they make your booty look SO big but you have to suck it in SO hard in order to get in them!  Not gonna work!  It makes no sense to walk around loosing circulation just because you feel they make you look good. (I'm guilty of this too so don't feel bad Lovies!)

If it's stained, ripped or damaged, TOSS IT!  C'mon now, if you haven't repaired it by now, YOU WON'T! Let it go honey!

Set aside those clothes that you don't wear, but are still in good shape, to be sold at a yard sale.  If you can make some change, by all means, do it!  Yes, it's very noble and honorable to give your garments to goodwill or salvation army but if you can make some extra money to go towards being Fall Foxie, sell it!

So there you have it, a few tips to get you started on cleaning out that closet and preparing for the upcoming season!

Stay tuned for Step II: Start Shopping!

Until next time,

Dress Each Day Like It's Your Last!
